Refund policy

At Velvet & Vices, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.

Order Issues (Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items) If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. To process the issue, we may ask you to provide:

  • Photos or videos of the item
  • A photo of the packaging
  • Your order number

Once verified, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A full or partial refund

Our fulfillment partner may also review the evidence to confirm the issue before processing the refund or replacement.

Lost or Undelivered Packages If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us. We will investigate the issue with the shipping provider and may offer a replacement shipment or a refund depending on the situation.

Returns Because our products are shipped from international fulfillment centers, we generally do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. International returns can take several months and are often more expensive than the product itself.

However, we may accept returns if:

  • The product is defective
  • The product is incorrect
  • The product arrived significantly damaged

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions for the return process.

Non-Returnable Situations We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect size chosen by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Minor cosmetic issues (slight wrinkles, small marks from shipping)

Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order.

Refund Processing If a refund is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellations Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be processed and shipped and cannot be canceled.
